Grand Royal Tours is a 22+-year-old travel company with 11 branches and a strong presence across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts who can bring stronger financial discipline, reporting, control, and leadership to our Finance & Accounts function.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the existing Accounts team
- Take ownership of monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting
- Build robust MIS reports and management dashboards
- Monitor branch-wise, department-wise, and tour-wise profitability
- Strengthen cash-flow planning, payment scheduling and financial controls
- Oversee receivables, payables, supplier advances and reconciliations
- Ensure accuracy in Tally / ERP accounting and ledger management
- Handle and review foreign remittances, forex transactions and documentation
- Strengthen systems for cash handling, payments and approvals
- Coordinate GST, TDS, audits, taxation and statutory compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Identify financial leakages,



risks, errors and process gaps
- Define clear roles, KPIs and accountability within the Accounts team
- Present timely financial insights and recommendations to Management

What We’re Looking For✅ At least 5 years of relevant Finance & Accounts experience

✅ Strong experience in MIS, P&L;, Cash Flow and Financial Analysis

✅ Proven experience in leading an Accounts / Finance team

✅ Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP and Advanced Excel

✅ Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls

✅ Ability to independently identify financial risks and improve systems

✅ Exposure to multi-branch operations preferred

✅ Experience in forex / foreign remittance will be an advantage

✅ Travel & Tourism experience preferred, but not mandatory
