Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Public Policy, Engineering, Technology, Economics, Commerce, Finance, or related fields.

Experience 12-18+ years of relevant experience in Government Advisory, Public Sector Consulting, Program Management, Digital Transformation, e-Governance, Public Service Delivery, Infrastructure, Education, Technology, or related domains. Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-stakeholder programmes and leading project teams.

Experience working with government departments, development agencies, multilateral institutions, or public sector organizations is preferred.

Desirable

Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications.

Experience working on World Bank, ADB, UN, DFID/FCDO, or similar donor-funded projects.

Experience in procurement oversight, PMU operations, and contract management.
