Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru North.

The Senior Interior

Designer will be responsible for leading interior design projects from concept to completion, including client consultations, needs assessment, and design presentations. Day-to-day work includes developing space plans, preparing design concepts, coordinating architectural and construction drawings, and selecting finishes, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E;). The role involves collaborating with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed within budget and timelines.

Designer will also mentor junior designers, maintain design quality standards, and support site visits, inspections, and client reviews.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design, with the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts.
- Proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings, including coordination with project teams and contractors.
- Hands-on experience with FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination for residential or commercial projects.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; advanced certification is an advantage.
- 5+ years of qualified interior design experience, including end-to-end project ownership and client-facing responsibilities.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D rendering software) and MS Office.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Detail-oriented approach, time management skills, and ability to work on-site in Bengaluru North as per project requirements.
- Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and vendors; prior experience in high-end residential projects is a plus.
