About Us
Neo Follicle, Derma Solutions, and Neo Fertility Clinic are leading healthcare centers specializing in Hair Restoration, Dermatology & Aesthetic Treatments, and Fertility Care. We are looking for a skilled, well-groomed, and customer-focused Reception / Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage front desk operations and ensure a positive patient experience.
Handle incoming calls, Whats App inquiries, emails, and appointment bookings.
Coordinate doctor schedules and maintain appointment calendars.
Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records.
Guide patients regarding consultations, treatments,



and clinic processes.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, counselors, and other clinic staff for smooth operations.
Handle billing, invoice generation, and payment collection.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment schedules.
Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure a professional clinic environment.
Address patient concerns and escalate issues when required.
Prepare daily reports related to appointments, inquiries, and patient visits.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Front Desk, Reception, Hospitality, Healthcare, Clinic, Hospital, Spa, Salon, or Customer Service roles.
Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi (preferred).
Pleasant personality with qualified grooming standards.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office,
