Chief of Staff
Role Purpose
The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the Head of Corporate Banking, driving business priorities, governance, strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness. The role acts as the central coordination point across Business, Risk, Finance, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and HR to ensure seamless execution of the Corporate Banking agenda.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Business Management
Partner with the Head of Corporate Banking to define and execute strategic priorities, growth plans, and business objectives.
Drive annual business planning, budgeting, workforce planning, and performance management.
Monitor key business metrics, financial performance, client growth, portfolio performance, and strategic initiatives.
Support business expansion, product innovation, and market development initiatives.
Executive Office & Governance
Manage executive governance forums, leadership meetings, operating committees, and business reviews.
Develop management reporting,



executive dashboards, board presentations, and strategic updates.
Track action items, business commitments, and strategic deliverables across the organization.
Ensure alignment of business objectives with enterprise-wide priorities.
Transformation & Change Management
Lead high-impact transformation initiatives across Corporate Banking.
Drive process optimization, automation, digitization, and operating model enhancements.
Coordinate large-scale business change programs, regulatory initiatives, and organizational transformations.
Track program milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
Business Performance & Financial Management
Support financial planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and productivity initiatives.
Monitor business profitability, revenue growth, expenses, and return on investment.
Drive cost optimization and efficiency programs across Corporate Banking.
