We manufacture cosmetics for some of India's fastest-growing D2 C brands. GMP-certified.
We need one person to own everything that moves — raw materials, packaging, finished goods, dispatches. Inward to outward. Nothing moves without you knowing, logging, and owning it.
This is not a storekeeper role. This is a senior operations leader who builds systems and holds a team accountable to near-zero variance.
You will own:
GRN, issuance, dispatch — end to end
Physical stock = ERP stock. Always.
FIFO, shelf-life, GMP compliance across all stores
Direct management of store keepers and inventory assistants
Weekly MIS to the CEO
We will measure you on:
Inventory accuracy ≥ 99%
Physical vs ERP variance
Zero same-day GRN backlog
Dispatch error rate
You bring:
5–8 years in stores/inventory in a manufacturing plant
GMP background preferred (cosmetics, pharma, FMCG)
ERP hands-on experience + robust Excel
Team you've managed and held accountable
Education: B. Tech (Mandatory)
