Overview:
Reporting to the Director of WFM Transformation, the Senior Financial Analyst will serve as the financial backbone of the Global WFM Transformation Office - a multi-workstream program accountable for delivering significant FY26 savings through automation and AI-enabled initiatives. The role will own business case development, ROI modeling, benefit realization tracking, and executive-grade financial reporting across the portfolio - providing leadership with a defensible, single source of truth on transformation financials and enabling faster, data-driven investment decisions.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain standardized business cases and ROI models for each transformation workstream




Track benefit realization (planned vs. actual savings) and flag variances to leadership
Partner with global Finance, WFM Operations, and workstream owners to validate baselines and align on savings methodology
Prepare executive-grade financial reporting for bi-weekly leadership updates, QBRs, and Steer Co reviews
Support investment decisions (e.g., tooling continuation, vendor renegotiation, rollout prioritization) through rigorous cost-benefit analysis
Contribute to monthly forecast, annual budgeting, and long-term planning processes with a Transformation lens
Collaborate on data analytics projects and reporting requirements, leveraging BI tools to surface financial insights across regions and accounts
Take ownership of process enhancements that improve transparency, accuracy, and speed of financial reporting within the Transformation Office
