The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming our finance and management reporting functions into a contemporary, technology-enabled business partner.
Position Summary
Reporting directly to senior management, the successful candidate will lead Management Information Systems (MIS), business performance reporting, financial planning, ERP optimization, digital transformation, and strategic growth initiatives.
This role offers exceptional exposure to business strategy, data analytics, AI adoption,



and executive decision-making within a growing African business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and analysis of Management Information System (MIS) reports for executive decision-making.
Develop business dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting frameworks.
Analyze profitability, business performance, and growth prospects across the Group.
Support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business expansion initiatives.
Prepare business cases, investment appraisals, and financial models for recent projects.
Provide management with actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Monitor key business metrics and recommend performance improvement strategies.
Prepare presentations and reports for executive management and stakeholders.
Support strategic partnerships, investments, and corporate growth initiatives.
