Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced in Upstream mammalian cell culture Manufacturing functions. The ideal candidate will have 1 year 6 Months - 4 years of hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture, Single use bioreactor operations, scale-up for biologics production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Hands on experience in Single use Bioreactors from 2l scale to 2kl scale.
Hands on experience in wave bioreactors and Stirrer bioreactor for mammalian cell culture.
Seed development from vial thaw to shake flask and cell banking.
Hands on experience in IQ/OQ/PQ of equipment's.




Experience in Quality management systems like change controls, deviations management and document management system.
Hands on experience in handling metabolite analyser, hemocytometer, cell counter, Osmometer, sterilization autoclaves, biosafety cabinet, CO2 shaker incubators, cryo storage systems.
Qualifications:
MTech / MSc in Biotechnology or related field.
1 year 6 Months - 4 years of experience in upstream bioprocessing in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Expertise in Seed propagation , bioreactor operations and equipment qulification.
