Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially driven Senior Buyer who can lead data-backed buying decisions across categories while ensuring strong inventory health, margin discipline, and seamless GTM execution.
This role requires ownership across forecasting, intake planning, sell-through tracking, launch readiness, vendor coordination, and stock optimization.
The ideal candidate understands fast-fashion buying, works with high accountability, and can balance creativity with commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Buying & Margin Management
Drive category buying aligned with revenue and margin goals
Negotiate commercial terms and ensure cost adherence




Monitor markdown impact and profitability
Identify cost-saving prospects across sourcing and procurement
Intake Planning & Inventory Optimization
Plan quantities based on sales trends, launch plans, and inventory position
Maintain healthy stock levels while avoiding overbuying
Monitor inventory ageing and stock movement
Ensure launch fill rates are maintained as per target
Sell-Through & SKU Performance
Own SKU-level performance tracking and sell-through analysis
Conduct weekly performance reviews and recommend actions
Identify slow-moving inventory and drive corrective planning
Collaborate with merchandising and planning teams for stock optimization
Launch Planning & GTM Readiness
Ensure inward completion before shoot and launch timelines
Coordinate with design, operations, warehouse, and marketing teams
Ensure catalogue readiness and listing completion before launch
