Experience: 4 to 8 Years
Industry: Paints Industry Preferred
Reponsibilities:
Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns, promotions, and channel activation programs.
Drive BTL activities, POSM deployment, retail visibility, and shelf-share improvement.
Manage distributor/dealer engagement and loyalty programs.
Execute GTM strategies for recent product launches.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and channel performance.
Manage trade marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
Collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Supply Chain teams for effective execution.
Lead and mentor field teams to drive business growth.
