What You'll Do
Engage with high-intent leads via calls, Whats App, email, and chat
Understand customer goals and pitch relevant certification programs
Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals
Own end-to-end sales cycle and drive conversions
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
Manage and track leads through CRM with structured follow-ups
Build relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
What We're Looking For (Core Competencies)
Six months to 3 years of proven experience in closing deals in a target-driven setting
Communication & Influence: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Ownership Mindset: Ability to manage pipeline and deliver results independently
Execution Excellence: High follow-up discipline and CRM usage
Experience working in the renewal team
Must be in Hyderabad or Pune location Compensation
Salary: ₹3.6 – ₹6.0 LPA
