About the Role
The Partnership & Membership Development Officer will be responsible for expanding and managing APSS Foundation's network of donors, community partners, and membership supporters through the GN Store Program and other partnership initiatives.
The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and onboarding local businesses, institutions, community groups,



faith-based organizations, philanthropists, and individual supporters who can contribute to Positive Neighbors' mission through financial support, community engagement, advocacy, and long-term partnerships.
The officer will play a key role in recent donor acquisition, partnership development, membership growth, donor stewardship, and relationship management. This includes building a robust pipeline of prospective supporters, converting prospects into active donors and partners, maintaining regular engagement, and ensuring high levels of donor and partner retention.
The position requires regular field travel and direct engagement with business owners, community leaders, donors, and local stakeholders across Delhi NCR, contributing to the growth of sustainable funding and community support for Good Neighbors Bharat's programs and initiatives.
