Job Role: PGT/TGT (Computer Science) (Cambridge)

Job Summary
Kunskapsskolan International is seeking a passionate and experienced PGT Computer Science Teacher to teach Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A Level Computer Science. The candidate should possess robust subject knowledge, practical programming expertise, and the ability to create an engaging, inquiry-based learning workplace that promotes computational thinking, problem-solving, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the Cambridge International curriculum (IGCSE, AS & A Level Computer Science).
Teach core topics such as: Programming (Python preferred), Algorithms & Data Structures Databases and SQL, Computer Networks
Emerging Technologies (AI, ML, Cloud Computing basics)
Prepare students for Cambridge examinations through assessments, mock tests, projects, and revision strategies.
Design practical coding assignments, lab activities, and real-world problem-solving tasks.




Maintain records of student progress, attendance, assessments, and performance reports.
Integrate technology and digital tools into classroom instruction.
Support students in research projects, coding competitions, and innovation challenges.
Participate in curriculum planning, faculty meetings, training sessions, and school events.
Maintain discipline and foster a positive, inclusive classroom workplace.
Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support student development.
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / MCA or related field.
B. Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred/mandatory as per school norms.
Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in senior secondary classes.
Experience teaching the Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A Level curriculum preferred.
