Role Overview
The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and revenue growth of the organization. This role requires end-to-end ownership of brand building, product strategy, distribution marketing, and consumer engagement,



with a strong focus on scaling the business from a regional player to a recognized national brand.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the long-term brand and marketing strategy
Drive brand positioning and premiumization in a competitive FMCG landscape
Lead go-to-market strategies across retail, wholesale, and institutional channels
Develop integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and trade marketing
Strengthen distribution-driven marketing initiatives and channel visibility
Drive consumer insights, market research, and category intelligence
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue growth targets
Build and manage agency partnerships across creative, media, and digital functions
Oversee product portfolio strategy, packaging, and innovation roadmap
Manage marketing budgets, ROI tracking, and performance analytics
