Role Description
The Inventory Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The role is responsible for managing inventory across raw materials, packing materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movements, conducting regular physical stock audits, reconciling inventory discrepancies,



and ensuring timely recording of all inward and outward transactions.
The Inventory Manager will work closely with the procurement, production, sales, and accounts teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, support production planning, and ensure timely availability of materials. The role also involves improving inventory processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and preparing inventory and MIS reports for management.
Qualifications
Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or store management in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and physical stock verification.
Good analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and improve inventory accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP or inventory management software.
Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple warehouses or
