Lead demand forecasting using historical sales data, market trends, and statistical models to predict needs for perishable and non-perishable grocery items.

Lead and mentor a team of demand planners, setting performance goals and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with merchandising, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to balance demand and supply.
Align forecasts with promotional activities, seasonal trends, and recent product launches.
Inventory Optimization
Oversee inventory optimization to minimize stockouts and excess while collaborating with procurement, sales, and store operations.




Monitor inventory levels to reduce excess stock and improve turnover.
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining optimal service levels.
