Key Responsibilities

Design & Execution

● Create a wide range of design assets including banners, emailers, brochures, GIFs,

social media creatives, logos, iconography, typography, and presentation layouts

● Design performance marketing assets for display campaigns and partner websites

● Create web and app banners to enhance user experience and maintain brand consistency

Concepting & Campaign Support

● Conceptualize and ideate creative routes for campaigns aligned with Vedantu’s brand design language

● Translate campaign briefs into robust visual systems that can scale across multiple formats and platforms Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

● Collaborate with content creators, motion designers, video teams, and media producers to build cohesive brand assets

● Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure design requirements are met effectively

Quality & Workflow

● Maintain asset quality control, manage packaging, and ensure timely delivery of design materials

● Support smooth handoffs by following processes for naming, organizing, and storing assets





Trend Awareness & Tool Adoption (Including AI)

● Research industry trends and implement best practices in visual design and art direction

● Explore and adopt AI-assisted workflows where appropriate (e.g., faster iterations,

layout exploration, background extensions, image enhancement, mockups, asset variations, copy-assisted design support), while ensuring brand safety and quality standards

● Stay updated with emerging AI tools and design workflows to improve efficiency and elevate creative output

Key KRAs

● Timely delivery of design assets as per campaign and business timelines

● Consistent quality and brand alignment across all outputs

● Strong creative contribution to campaign ideation and design systems

● Effective use of modern design workflows (including AI-assisted iteration) to improve speed and execution quality

● High responsiveness to feedback and strong cross-functional collaboration

● Reliable asset packaging, organization, and version hygiene
