We are looking for a creative, concept-driven Mid-Senior Graphic Designer who can think beyond layouts and bring fresh visual ideas to event experiences. The role requires someone who can translate a brief into a strong event theme and visual language, and then adapt that language seamlessly across presentations, venue branding, and print applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Event Branding & Conceptualisation: Develop fresh and original ideas for event themes, visual identities, key visuals, and overall branding directions.
- Visualisation & Ideation: Translate event briefs and concepts into compelling visual stories, moodboards, design directions, and creative treatments.
- Presentation Design: Design visually strong and well-structured pitch decks, concept presentations, client proposals, moodboards, and event presentations.
- Event Collateral Design: Create and adapt designs across multiple event touchpoints such as stage graphics, LED content layouts, backdrops, entry gates, standees, registration areas, photo opportunities, signage, badges, invites, digital screens, and other venue branding.
- Print-Ready Artwork: Prepare accurate, production-ready print files for large-format event branding while ensuring correct dimensions, resolution, bleed, colour profiles, and other technical specifications.
- Design Adaptation: Extend approved key visuals across multiple sizes, formats, and applications while maintaining visual consistency.
- AI-Assisted Creative Development: Be highly hands-on with AI-based creative and visualisation tools to develop concepts,



generate visual references, explore design directions, and accelerate the creative process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with conceptualisers, 3D designers, production teams, client servicing teams, and vendors to ensure designs are creatively strong as well as practically executable.
- Quality Control: Review final artworks and production files to ensure consistency and accuracy before they are released for execution.

Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in graphic design, preferably within events, experiential marketing, exhibitions, activations, or similar creative environments.
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to develop a visual direction from a written or verbal brief.
- Excellent command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Corel Draw; presentation design skills in PowerPoint/Google Slides/Canva are essential.
- Strong working knowledge of AI creative tools for image generation, ideation, visualisation, and design exploration.
- Positive understanding of event branding, large-format printing, production artwork, colour management, and print specifications.
- Strong sense of typography, composition, colour, visual hierarchy, and contemporary design trends.
- Ability to work across different brands and quickly adapt to different visual languages.
- Comfortable working on multiple projects and managing fast-paced event timelines.
- Ability to take ownership of a project from initial idea → visualisation → presentation → design adaptation → final production artwork.
