Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who will also act as the Technical/Team Lead for the development team. The role involves hands-on development, technical design, team coordination, code quality management, and ensuring timely delivery of application features.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate the development team for day-to-day technical activities.
- Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications and APIs.
- Participate in solution design and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to developers.
- Review code and ensure coding standards, security and development best practices are followed.
- Coordinate frontend, backend, database and integration development activities.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.
- Work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, QA and other project stakeholders.
- Support deployment, release and production stabilization activities.




- Track development progress and highlight technical risks or dependencies to the Project Manager/Solution Architect.

Technical Skills

- Strong experience in C# / .NET / .NET Core
- Solid experience in React / JavaScript / TypeScript
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
- Good knowledge of SQL Server and database development
- Experience with authentication, authorization and application security concepts
- Understanding of Git, CI/CD and deployment processes
- Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS, is an advantage

- Ability to lead and mentor developers.
- Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making skills.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to take ownership of technical deliverables and drive them to completion.
