Senior Fashion Advisor – Minizmo | Delhi NCR

Minizmo – Made to Measure Menswear is looking for a Senior Fashion Advisor to join our growing retail team across Delhi NCR.

We are looking for a polished, customer-focused professional with robust communication skills, good spoken English, and experience in premium/luxury retail or fashion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and build relationships with premium clients.
- Understand customer preferences and provide personalised styling advice.
- Guide clients through fabrics, designs, fits and made-to-measure options.
- Achieve individual sales and business targets.
- Develop repeat business and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure a premium and personalised customer experience.
- Coordinate with the store and production teams to ensure smooth order execution.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in fashion, premium retail, luxury retail,



menswear,or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Strong sales and client relationship management skills.
- Well-groomed, confident and professional personality.
- Passion for fashion, styling and menswear.
- Ability to interact comfortably with premium clientele.
- Candidates from premium/luxury retail backgrounds will be preferred.
