s Identify, engage, and onboard recent brand partners across categories . Drive lead generation, partnership acquisition, and revenue growth . Build and manage strategic relationships with brands and key stakeholders . Understand partner business objectives and develop mutually beneficial alliances . Lead commercial negotiations and closure of partnership agreements . Collaborate with Product, Tech, Finance, and Legal teams for seamless onboarding and integrations . Monitor partnership performance and identify growth prospects . Requirement
s5+ years of experience in Business Development, Brand Alliances, Strategic Partnerships, or Key Account Management . Robust network and experience in the fintech, loyalty, gift card, or payments ecosystem . Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills . Proven track record of brand acquisition and partnership closures .
