Role Description The Senior Executive role is a full time, on-site position based at MIES RM Law College in Rajpur Sonarpur.

The Senior

Executive will oversee day-to-day academic and administrative operations, including coordinating with faculty, support staff, and university officials to ensure smooth functioning of programs and services.

Responsibilities include managing student-facing processes (admissions, registrations, counseling support), monitoring compliance with college and university policies, and supporting academic planning and scheduling. The role will involve preparing reports, maintaining records, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance the quality and reach of legal education at the college.

The Senior

Executive will also help drive outreach activities,



liaise with external partners, and support continuous improvement of institutional processes.

Qualifications

- Robust administrative and organizational skills, including experience in managing academic or educational operations.
- Capability in stakeholder coordination, with experience working with faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and data management using standard office software and digital tools.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Knowledge of higher education practices, preferably with exposure to legal education or related academic environments.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and solve operational challenges proactively.
- Master’s degree in Management, Law, Education Administration, or a related field; relevant experience in an educational institution is highly desirable.
