Role Description The Senior Executive Client Servicing role is a full-time, in office position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves managing day-to-day client interactions, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with internal creative and media teams to develop and deliver campaigns across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities include preparing briefs, tracking project timelines, ensuring quality and accuracy of deliverables, and monitoring campaign performance to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

The Senior

Executive will also support budgeting and billing processes, prepare reports, and proactively identify opportunities to grow client relationships. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution of communication initiatives.

Qualifications

- Client-facing capabilities: Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills, with experience managing and retaining key accounts.
- Communication abilities: Excellent Communication skills,



including clear written and verbal interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Customer focus: Demonstrated commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to handle feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Financial awareness: Basic understanding of Finance related to budgeting, estimates, and invoicing for campaigns.
- Professional background: Prior experience in advertising, marketing, or related client servicing roles, preferably in an agency environment.
- Organizational skills: Strong project management, time management, and attention to detail to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Additional strengths: Proficiency with MS Office tools, ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace, and readiness to coordinate with teams across locations.
