Job Title: Senior Executive – Accounts & Finance

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Accounts & Finance to independently manage accounting and financial operations during the night shift. The role requires hands-on expertise, high accountability, and the ability to ensure seamless financial processes, reporting, and compliance without direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting Operations

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including AP, AR, and general ledger
- Record, verify, and reconcile financial transactions accurately
- Ensure timely closure of books on a daily/monthly basis

2. Financial Reporting

- Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and variance analysis
- Assist in preparation of financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data

3. Compliance & Taxation

- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance processes
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory requirements
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies

4. Reconciliation & Controls





- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
- Identify discrepancies and resolve them independently
- Maintain strong internal controls in financial processes

5. International / Backend Support (if applicable)

- Coordinate with overseas teams/clients during shift hours
- Process transactions aligned with international timelines
- Ensure smooth financial operations across time zones

6. Audit & Documentation

- Assist in internal and external audits
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Ensure audit readiness at all times

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor/Master degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance
- Ready to work at multiple locations. (Delhi/Ghaziabad/Gurugram)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
