We are looking for a Senior Digital & Brand Marketing Manager to own and grow Qure.ai’s digital presence across platforms and markets. This is a hands-on role spanning website, social, content, performance marketing, KOL engagement and online reputation. You will be responsible for turning Qure’s evolving brand and positioning into a strong, consistent and engaging digital presence — from shaping what we say and where we show up, to building the systems and operating rhythms that make it happen.

This role requires someone who combines strong digital marketing craft with high agency and a bias for action. You should be comfortable moving between strategy and execution, figuring things out with limited playbooks, managing multiple stakeholders and agencies, and taking an idea all the way from concept to execution.

What you’ll own:

- Website & SEO: Own Qure.ai’s website experience and content, including ongoing optimisation across SEO, AEO and GEO, content discovery and conversion.
- Social & Content:



Own the social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn and other priority platforms — from content planning and calendars to creation, publishing, community engagement and performance optimisation.
- Digital Campaigns & Performance: Plan, execute and optimise paid and organic digital campaigns, using data and experimentation to improve reach, engagement and conversion.
- KOL & Influencer Engagement: Identify and build relationships with relevant KOLs, creators and industry voices to strengthen Qure’s reach, credibility and digital presence.
- Online Reputation: Own Qure’s online reputation and presence across relevant platforms, proactively identifying opportunities and responding to issues where needed.
- Brand & Digital Experiments: Bring new ideas to how Qure shows up digitally — test new channels, formats, content approaches and ways of engaging audiences.
- Agency & Stakeholder Management: Lead external agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure work is high-quality, on-brand and delivered with pace.
- Measurement & Optimisation: Define and track relevant digital KPIs, translate performance data into insights, and continuously improve what we do.
- Internal Communications & Brand Love: Create internal campaigns to build brand love and increase employee engagement. Make sure everyone at Qure.ai feels like they’re part of something exciting, impactful, and meaningful.

Required:

- 5 to 8 Years of Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in website management (AEO/GEO), social media management, performance marketing, influencer marketing, and ORM.
- Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Substack, etc.) and how to leverage them for brand growth. Bonus if you’ve worked with AI/Tech brands or in the healthcare space.
- Creative Vision: Ability to think outside the box, innovate, and make Qure.ai the coolest brand in the healthcare tech space.
- Analytics-Driven: A performance-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs like increasing followers, boosting engagement, and driving brand love. Proficient in tracking tools and reporting software.
- Influencer Marketing Know-How: Proven experience in working with influencers, KOLs, and partnerships to drive brand visibility and trust.
- Multitasking Guru: Juggle multiple tasks, countries, and priorities while keeping the energy high and the vibe exciting.
