Role: Property Accounting Associate
Location: Gurugram
Qualifications:
RSM seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, self-driven, analytical and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.
2+ years of experience in property accounting domain with fund managers or fund administrators or public accounting firms
Ability to interpret/applying the financial and operational terms of Property related agreements and Structures for RE entities.
Undergraduate degree in accounting
CPA and/or CA preferred
Proficient knowledge of Property accounting platforms (Yardi and MRI knowledge is a large PLUS)
Solid analytical skills, detail oriented and highly organized
Demonstrates a strong work ethic, team player, upholds personal and qualified integrity, and maintains a positive attitude.
Possesses effective oral and written communication skills, as well as influencing skills and leadership capabilities.
Adapts well to dynamic, rapid-paced environments and excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
