Role Description The Senior Counselor (UK, Australia, Europe) will provide end-to-end guidance to learners interested in studying in the UK, Australia, and European countries. This full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad involves conducting counseling sessions, assessing academic profiles, and recommending suitable universities, courses, and destinations.

Counselor will support applicants through the entire process, including applications, documentation, visa formalities, and pre-departure preparation. The role includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of international education systems, admission requirements, scholarships, and industry trends, as well as coordinating with external partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in overseas education counseling, particularly for UK, Australian, or European institutions.
- Strong knowledge of international admission processes, visa requirements, scholarships, and education systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to guide and support diverse learners and families.
- Ability to conduct research on programs and institutions, analyze profiles, and provide clear, tailored recommendations.
- Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple applications, deadlines, and documentation processes.
- Comfort working with digital tools, CRM systems, and online communication platforms to manage counseling activities.
- Previous experience in an education consultancy, university admissions, or related field is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; advanced qualifications in counseling, education, or related areas are an advantage.
- Commitment to ethical, learner-centered guidance and a collaborative approach within a team workplace.
