This role basically involves writing training content for training presentations, one pagers, brochures, product comparisons that is used by the trainer to deliver training programs.

The content writing involves:1. Understanding client requirements2. Conceptualizing the story flow3. Creating slide by slide presentation or modifying existing content presentation4. Inclusion of suggested activities, role plays, videos, games, case story, quiz and other methodologies of training 5. Creating workbook from the final training content6. Giving a complete walkthrough of the program
