3DEXPERIENCE AMS Lead

Role Summary The 3DEXPERIENCE AMS Lead is responsible for managing and supporting the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, ensuring technical excellence, smooth operations, and alignment with business needs. This role involves leading AMS activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead AMS operations for 3DEXPERIENCE, including Jira tracking, ticket triaging, and aged/crucial ticket follow-ups.
- Provide technical guidance, solution design, and customization for 3DEXPERIENCE applications (ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA).
- Manage integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, MES, CRM).
- Collaborate with PLM team, key users, and Atlassian team for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Conduct daily stand-ups, weekly alignment calls,



and stakeholder communication.
- Oversee onboarding/offboarding, training, and documentation updates.
- Ensure quality assurance, automation, and adherence to best practices.
- Perform team lead activities and manage ad-hoc tasks from PLM and business teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience with 3DEXPERIENCE platform and related technologies.
- Solid technical expertise in EKL, MQL, Java, JSP, TCL/TK, and platform workflows.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
