Knospe & Co LLP is a heritage restoration and conservation firm, incorporated in January 2014 in Delhi. We are involved in various projects with Government departments and PSUs across India. Our team is currently engaged in decentralized restoration work in Bhopal, Gwalior, Ahmedabad, Ranchi, and Delhi. Our mission is to preserve India’s architectural legacy through expert restoration of monuments, temples, forts, and other heritage structures.

Job Role: Conservation Architect – Built Heritage Restoration, Conservation & Retrofitting Works

This is a full-time on-site position based in Delhi, for Monitoring, and documentation purposes.

Key Responsibilities

- Study and interpret BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications
- Conduct quantity surveying and prepare detailed take-off sheets
- Identify and draft extra items and deviation statements
- Conduct cost estimation and rate analysis




- Prepare reconciliation statements for building materials monthly
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for all BOQ items

Candidate Profile

- Education: M.Arch Conservation Architect or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in Heritage Conservation
- Robust understanding of items rate analysis, and building repair/restoration techniques
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and AutoCAD
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Candidates from outside Delhi are welcome to apply

- Salary & Incentives ? ₹50,000 – ₹100,000/month, depending on experience, capability
