What to Expect from the Role

This role reports to the Sales Team Lead.

- Strategize and implement a robust sales pipeline for the assigned product(s), based on business requirements.
- Measure daily, weekly, and monthly performance trends of each team member and take corrective actions to meet organizational expectations.
- Conduct daily team huddles to brief and motivate the team on individual and team targets.
- Own the overall training and quality of the sales team. Provide training interventions and feedback in coordination with the Product Team.
- Monitor self-performance while contributing to overall team performance, tracking key metrics such as conversion rate, average revenue generated per lead, average revenue per sale, etc.
- Analyze and share insights on customer behavior, market demands,



and competition with the Marketing Team in consultation with senior members of the Sales Team.
- Provide prompt reports on crucial issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
