? We're Hiring | Senior Business Development Leader — EV & Energy Storage

? Hyderabad & Delhi | Full time | Reporting to CEO

TruScalar AI Services is launching a strategic EV and Energy Storage initiative in partnership with a global MNC — and we are looking for a battle-tested Business Development leader to own it from day one.

This is a results-driven role. You will build the pipeline, develop the opportunities, negotiate the deals, and close the orders.

? What You Will Own

→ Build and manage a qualified pipeline of strategic customer opportunities across industrial, defence, and critical power sectors

→ Develop relationships with senior decision-makers, OEMs, system integrators, and procurement teams

→ Lead the full BD cycle: customer discovery → solution development → proposal → pilot → negotiation → order closure

→ Convert paid pilots into repeat and scaled business

→ Prepare proposals, respond to RFIs/RFPs/tenders, and drive commercial structuring

→ Establish active engagement with 10–15 priority customers in the first year

? Target Markets

- Industrial power systems, cranes, material-handling & infrastructure
- AI data centres, UPS & critical power systems




- Defence and aerospace — OEMs, laboratories, system integrators

? Who We Are Looking For

- 6–8 years in business development, strategic sales, or key account management
- Proven track record closing complex, high-value B2B opportunities
- Experience selling engineered products, systems, or technical solutions
- Comfortable engaging both technical and commercial stakeholders
- Hands-on operator — thrives in early-stage, high-ownership environments
- Willingness to travel for customer and partner engagement

Domain background in batteries, energy storage, power electronics, industrial equipment, defence, aerospace, data centres, or critical infrastructure is a strong advantage.
