Role Description:

The Senior Billing Engineer will manage and oversee billing activities for construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual terms. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and verifying bills, conducting quantity measurements, performing rate analysis, and coordinating with project teams, clients, and contractors to resolve billing-related queries. The role will involve reviewing BOQs, supporting cost control,



validating progress reports, and maintaining detailed documentation and records in alignment with project management standards.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in BOQ preparation, interpretation, and validation.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Quantity Surveying and construction project billing.
- Candidates should possess hands-on proficiency with Billing Systems and related project management tools.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to perform accurate Rate Analysis.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in billing engineering within construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects.
- Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in office at project locations.
