About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate – Central Group Desk Support to manage group reservations and bookings for large travel groups.

This role involves coordinating with sales and marketing teams, managing payments, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will act as a key liaison between internal teams and customers to ensure smooth execution of group travel plans.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle reservations and bookings for large groups via phone, email, and online systems.
- Provide fare quotes and negotiate prices to secure competitive deals for group bookings.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes related to group travel.
- Identify potential customers through research, networking, and referrals.
- Assist in promoting and selling airline tickets to meet departmental sales goals.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve booking/travel issues promptly.
- Ensure daily KPIs and SLAs are met for individual and team performance.
- Manage customer accounts, follow up for administrative purposes, and troubleshoot issues.
- Facilitate modifications or cancellations of group bookings while minimizing disruptions.
- Respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and follow up on sales appointments.

Skills & Competencies

- Working knowledge of GDS/airline systems
- Knowledge of Airline Reservations & Ticketing
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education & Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field
- Experience:
- Minimum: 3–4 years in sales, sales support, or related roles
- Desired: 4+ years in similar roles; prior aviation sector experience is an advantage
