Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Architect located in New Delhi.

The Senior

Architect will lead design initiatives, conceptualize and execute architectural plans, and ensure exceptional project delivery. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, overseeing project management, and integrating architectural solutions with advanced design technologies. The candidate will serve as a key contributor, creating creative, functional,



and aesthetic designs while meeting client needs and project goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B. Arch/M. Arch) from a recognized institution.

3–5 years of professional experience in Architecture, Interior Design, or related architectural projects.

Strong expertise in Architectural Design with a solid understanding of design principles, spatial planning, functionality, and aesthetics.

Proficiency in architectural software such as Auto CAD, Sketch Up, and 3 D visualization/rendering tools.

Experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Strong knowledge of construction documentation, design development, and project execution processes.

Excellent communication, leadership, and collaborative teamwork skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines.

Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

A strong portfolio showcasing innovative, functional, and well-executed architectural projects.
