About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer / Data Engineer to join our growing AI team in Chennai.

In this role, you will design and build enterprise-scale Product Intelligence platforms that leverage Machine Learning, Semantic Search, Entity Resolution, Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to solve complex product matching and master data challenges across millions of records.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop enterprise-scale Entity Resolution and Product Matching platforms.
- Build AI-powered Semantic Search solutions using embeddings, vector databases, and ANN indexing.
- Develop ranking, scoring, and confidence calibration frameworks.
- Create multimodal AI solutions for image-based product matching and attribute extraction.
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for intelligent product enrichment.
- Develop Human-in-the-Loop review workflows and Active Learning pipelines.
- Ensure scalability,



governance, monitoring, and reliability of AI platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical architecture decisions.

Required Skills

- Robust programming skills in Python and SQL
- Experience with Semantic Search, Embeddings, Vector Databases, and ANN Indexing
- Expertise in Entity Resolution and Product Matching
- Experience with RAG, LLMs, and Generative AI
- Knowledge of Retrieval Evaluation Metrics (Precision@K, Recall@K, nDCG)
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with Multimodal AI and Agentic AI workflows
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills
