AI Engineer role within the Data &

- AI Organization to build enterprise-scale AI solutions. The position focuses on reliable analytics pipelines, agentic workflows, and responsible AI delivery across business functions.

Role: AI Engineer

Location: India

Experience

- 5 or more years of experience in data science, data engineering, analytics, or application design within a global organization
- Exposure to Finance, HR, or Procurement data and business processes
- Excellent programming skills in Python and SQL
- Strong foundation in machine learning, statistics, predictive modeling, and NLP
- Practical experience developing LLM-powered applications
- Familiarity with vector stores, reranking techniques, and LLM observability tooling
- Hands-on experience with cloud and enterprise data platforms
- Hands-on experience with data transformation frameworks
- MLOps and DevOps experience including MLflow, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in English
- AI literacy with understanding of bias, fairness, privacy, and governance

Qualification

- University degree or equivalent qualification in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related discipline

Responsibilities

- Design and implement reliable analytics pipelines
- Build enterprise-grade agentic workflows
- Deliver scalable AI solutions across Enabling Functions such as Finance, HR, Procurement, and Legal
- Integrate large language models, predictive models, and multi-agent frameworks
- Ensure model reliability, reproducibility, and performance at enterprise scale




- Embed explainability, transparency, and security into AI solutions
- Work closely with Product Owners, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists in agile, cross-functional PODs
- Support business teams in consuming AI outputs through APIs, dashboards, and embedded analytics
- Contribute to internal AI literacy by sharing knowledge
- Mentor peers and pilot cutting-edge approaches
- Continuously identify opportunities to experiment, measure impact, and advance AI practices within the organization

Additional Responsibilities

- Use agentic engineering tools to accelerate delivery
- Maintain a curious and up-to-date perspective on emerging AI and data science developments
- Work responsibly within enterprise software development workflows
