Senior Accounts Manager

Sai Ply Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Accounts Manager to join our Accounts & Finance team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Accounts professional with 5–8 years of experience specifically in a managerial position. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing the accounts function, leading a team, handling statutory compliances, and coordinating effectively with management and external stakeholders.

Excellent communication skills are mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage the complete Accounts & Finance function.
- Lead, supervise, and monitor the Accounts team.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting and compliance activities.
- Review accounting entries and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist management with budgeting, cash-flow planning, and financial analysis.
- Identify financial/accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.

Candidate Requirements




- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 5–8 years of experience in a managerial Accounts & Finance role is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, team-management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with senior management, auditors, banks, vendors, and customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
- Experience in the trading/manufacturing/building materials industry will be preferred.
- CA/CA Inter qualification will be an added advantage.

We are looking for a robust people manager with excellent communication skills who can lead the Accounts team, ensure financial accuracy and compliance, and effectively communicate financial matters to management.
