We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), MIS reporting, financial finalization, and export/import documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting expertise, hands-on experience with Tally ERP, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

## Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations.

Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management review.

Handle Accounts Payable (AP), including vendor payments and reconciliations.

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), customer collections, and AR Aging Reports.

Perform bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations, and account scrutiny.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial finalization.

Prepare financial statements and management reports.

Generate invoices and maintain accurate billing records.

Maintain client and vendor master records and coordinate for payment follow-ups and reconciliations.

Handle export and import documentation and maintain statutory records.

Ensure accurate bookkeeping and compliance with accounting standards.





Work extensively on Tally ERP and MS Excel for reporting and analysis.

## Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.

Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GST.

Excellent proficiency in MS Excel.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid experience in MIS Reporting and Financial Reporting.

Experience in Financial Finalization.

Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.

Knowledge of Export & Import Documentation.
