Location: Andheri West, Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 3–6 Years Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and capability About the Role Glutape India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Finance &

- Accounts Executive with strong practical accounting and finance experience who can independently manage day-to-day Finance &
- Accounts activities with accuracy and minimal supervision. The role involves handling core accounting operations along with MIS, compliance, banking, reconciliations and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates with experience in Manufacturing, Trading or Import-Export companies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities End-to-End Accounting: Manage day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime, including purchase, sales and expense entries, invoicing, AP/AR, ledger maintenance, customer/vendor reconciliation, bank reconciliation and maintenance of accurate financial records. Tax &

- Statutory Compliance: Handle GST and TDS workings, maintain required records, support accounts finalisation and coordinate with auditors, consultants and internal teams for statutory and compliance-related activities. MIS &
- Financial Reporting: Prepare MIS, outstanding reports, P&L-related; reports, cash-flow statements and other financial reports; review financial data and highlight relevant variances or issues to management. Banking, Payments &
- Import Finance: Handle banking transactions, vendor payments, bank reconciliation, fund-related activities, import accounting, import remittances, invoice booking, costing verification and related documentation.

Finance

Coordination &

- Ownership: Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, auditors, purchase, sales and operations to ensure timely completion of Finance &
- Accounts activities, accurate documentation and smooth financial operations.





Additional Responsibilities Financial

Planning &

- Monitoring: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow monitoring, working-capital tracking and preparation of fund requirement statements. Costing &
- Profitability: Assist with product costing, pricing analysis, margin review, variance analysis and cost-control initiatives. Audit &
- Banking Coordination: Coordinate documentation and information required for statutory/internal audits, banking activities, working-capital requirements and other financial matters.

Accounts Coordination: Coordinate with junior accounts staff and relevant departments to ensure timely completion, accuracy and proper documentation of accounting activities. Process &

- Reporting Improvement: Support improvement of accounting, MIS and reporting processes and assist management with accurate financial information and analysis as required. Non-Negotiable Skills Tally Prime &
- End-to-End Accounting – Robust practical experience in day-to-day accounting and financial transactions. GST &
- TDS – Practical working knowledge of GST and TDS, including preparation of workings and compliance-related records.

Advanced

Excel &

- MIS Reporting – Strong Excel skills and ability to independently prepare, analyse and maintain MIS reports. AP/AR, Bank Reconciliation &
- Banking Operations – Hands-on experience in receivables, payables, reconciliations, payments and routine banking activities. P&L;, Cash Flow &
- Financial Analysis – Good understanding of P&L;,



cash flow and basic financial analysis, with the ability to identify important financial movements or variances. Preferred / Additional Skills Experience in Manufacturing / Trading / Import-Export Import accounting and import remittances Product costing and margin analysis Budgeting and forecasting Working-capital monitoring Audit coordination and accounts finalisation ERP / accounting software Banking and loan documentation Qualification B.Com / M.Com preferred. CA Inter / relevant qualified qualification will be an advantage.

Experience 3–6 years of relevant Finance &

- Accounts experience. Candidates with strong hands-on experience and the ability to work independently will be preferred.
