Role Purpose:

- Support statutory audits, financial statement preparation, JV and associate reporting, governance and COE development across APM Terminals entities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end statutory audits and auditor coordination.

- Prepare and review statutory financial statements under IFRS and local GAAP.

- Coordinate JV, associate and non-integrated entity reporting.

- Ensure governance, compliance and internal control adherence.

- Drive standardization, automation, SOP development and KPI reporting.

- Partner with controllers, auditors, tax teams and global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant with 4-8 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audit, financial reporting, statutory accounts preparation, IFRS, external audit coordination, consolidation and JV reporting.

- Exposure to SAP, OneStream, BlackLine, Power BI and advanced Excel.

- Robust stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
