Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Accountant for a reputed Manufacturing Unit in Ranchi, Jharkhand. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional with strong knowledge of Tally, GST, and financial accounting. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be capable of independently handling day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Pass journal and adjustment entries accurately.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
- Manage purchase, sales, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and other accounting reports.
- Handle GST compliance, GST return filing, and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with government departments regarding taxation and statutory matters.
- Ensure accuracy in accounting operations and compliance with company policies.




- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper accounting records and support audits.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting.
- Manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of GST, bookkeeping, and accounting principles.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
