Role Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant / Finance & Taxation Manager with 15–20 years of experience in accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian taxation and the ability to independently manage the company’s finance and accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other applicable tax returns.
- Manage GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, ITC verification, and GST-related queries.
- Handle TDS calculation, deductions, payments, and returns.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.




- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, P&L;, balance sheet, and cash-flow reports.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
- Monitor taxation notices, assessments, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, and other statutory regulations.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
- Supervise junior accounting staff and review their work.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits.
- Provide financial and taxation advice to management whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification.
- 15–20 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with Tally / ERP / MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently handle the complete accounting and taxation function.

Preferred: Experience in a construction/infrastructure/EPC company will be an advantage.
