Senior Accountant

Location: VKI, Jaipur (prefered local candidates only)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting operations, billing, reconciliations and financial records for our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting entries, ledgers, vouchers and financial records.
- Handle customer billing, invoice preparation and verification.
- Perform bank, customer and vendor reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare accounting MIS and outstanding statements.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and support audit requirements.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Good reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Billing experience preferred.
- Experience in logistics, transportation or 3PL accounting will be an advantage.
