Senior Accountant: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Taxation

Location: South Delhi

Salary: ₹55,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 7 years

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to manage our Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Taxation functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Busy accounting software. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payments.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and schedules for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of tax returns.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.




- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures to enhance internal controls.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior accounting staff.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional accounting certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant accounting experience, with a focus on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Taxation.
- Proficient in advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros).
- Experience with Busy accounting software or similar accounting software.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
