Role Description The Seeking Producer & Investors for My Debut Feature Film role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The producer will oversee day-to-day development and production activities, including coordinating with the director on script refinement, budgeting, scheduling, and assembling key crew members.

Responsibilities include managing financing, contracts, and vendor relationships, as well as supervising pre-production, principal photography, and post-production workflows. The role involves handling logistical planning, securing locations and permits, and ensuring that the production adheres to timelines and agreed financial parameters.



Investors and producing partners will collaborate closely with the director on strategic decisions related to distribution, marketing, and festival submissions, while maintaining transparent communication and ethical business practices throughout the project.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in film production, line production, or project management within the entertainment or media industry.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and negotiations with vendors, crew, and service providers.
- Comfort with evaluating and structuring investment opportunities, including basic understanding of film financing and return-on-investment models.
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to coordinate diverse teams and maintain a constructive on-set environment.
- Capacity to work full time on-site in Hyderabad and oversee pre-production, shoot, and post-production phases.
- Interest in narrative filmmaking, visual storytelling, and building long-term skilled relationships in the film community.
- Prior involvement in feature films, shorts, or web content is highly beneficial; experience with festival strategy or distribution is a plus.
