Job Summary:
The Salesforce Senior Developer on the Salesforce Analytics Team will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced analytics and reporting solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem at Cencora. This role focuses on transforming complex business data into actionable insights using Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics), Salesforce Reports & Dashboards. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce development expertise with solid data literacy and a passion for empowering business stakeholders with real-time, data-driven intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
What You'll Do:
Design, build,
and maintain CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics) dashboards, lenses, datasets, and dataflows to deliver actionable business insights
Develop and optimize Salesforce Reports and Dashboards for various business units including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Operations
Build and manage data pipelines and dataflows within CRM Analytics, including data transformation using SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language)
Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to unify, harmonize, and activate customer and operational data for analytics consumption
Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather analytics requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs
Develop custom Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows to extend and embed analytics capabilities within Salesforce applications
