Role Description The Camp Partnership Associate (Healthcare) is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining partnerships with healthcare camps, hospitals, clinics, and other medical service providers. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential partners, coordinating camp schedules, managing documentation, and ensuring all requirements are met for successful camp operations.



The associate will liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to align logistics, staffing, and resources for each camp. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and providing regular updates to management on camp activities, outcomes, and partnership status. This position requires frequent communication with partners, timely issue resolution, and proactive follow-up to strengthen long-term relationships.
Qualifications
Experience in healthcare operations, camp management, or partnership coordination, preferably within hospitals, clinics, or healthcare service organizations.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, negotiate, and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
