Job Responsibilities -
Own and drive the overall business performance for the assigned region.

Build and maintain robust relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.

Ensure effective execution of product launches, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives.
Track team performance and provide regular guidance, coaching, and feedback.Manage sales forecasts, business reviews, and regional budgets effectively.
